Premise
On Elettronew you can purchase as a "guest" by providing your shipping information or you can purchase by creating an account and approving the General Conditions. Your Credentials can be changed at any time by logging into your account.
Payment methods
Elettronew.com has a wide choice of payment methods that may vary depending on the country from which you purchase.
The following payment methods are:
- PayPal - Without any limitations or spending threshold.
- Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, Visa Elctron, Posyepay, prepaid Paypal and various rechargeable cards.
- Bank Transfer - Beneficiary: Web Market SRL, IBAN:IT79A0306939845100000014622, BIC: BCITITMMXXX Causal: [insert order number].
- Payment in instalments or in arrears (depending on the country you buy from) via Klarna.
- Cash on delivery - Payment to the courier up to 2999€. This payment method is valid only for purchase in Italy.
Prices
The prices of the products for Italy and EU countries are expressed in Euro. They include 22% VAT and, where applicable, WEEE contribution. Prices for non-EU countries VAT is never included.
In case of purchases from France, the purchase price is inclusive of VAT calculated at 20% (Elettronew of Web Market SRL has a French VAT number respecting the French rate).
In case of purchases from Germany, the purchase price is inclusive of VAT at 19% (Elettronew di Web Market SRL is a German VAT holder respecting the German rate).
Delivery costs may vary, depending on the delivery method chosen and the delivery destination. They will be specifically indicated including VAT (only for Italy and EU countries) during the purchase process, before the user is bound by the contract.
In some cases it is possible to pay without VAT also for EU countries. Below are the procedures to be followed, different depending on the country of the applicant:
Countries belonging to the European Union:
In order to proceed with the payment without VAT, it is necessary to follow three steps:
- Complete the order only by bank transfer.
- Send your VAT number by e-mail to support@elettronew.com.
- Wait for the invoice before sending the bank transfer.
NB: If payment is made before the invoice is sent, it will not be possible to pay without VAT.
Payment by bank transfer is the only way to get the price without VAT.
Countries not belonging to the European Union:
- If the buyer is a non-European Union country we do not apply any tax (VAT). Therefore all orders to be shipped outside the European Union will be exempt from VAT. However, if there are customs duties for your shipment, they will be applied by the courier when the package is delivered.
- All shipments will be accompanied by an invoice which we attach directly to the package.
- All prices shown on the website are without VAT for countries outside of Europe.
- Remember to specify the VAT number inside the cart. If you are a company it is essential to verify your company and send your package. If you are a private individual write the data you want to appear on the invoice.
NB : Shipments invoiced in countries outside Europe must necessarily be sent to the requesting countries. It is therefore not possible to send goods with VAT exemption in Italy and invoice to countries outside Europe.
Elettronew di Web Market srl reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time and even several times during the same day. It is understood that the price of the product that will be charged to the user, will be that indicated in the order summary. If a product is offered on the Site at a discounted price, the resulting discount is determined by the supplier's list price (market price). It is understood that the offer of products at discounted prices will be effective only if the full reference price of the product corresponds to the actual market price of the same.
Shipping, delivery and insurance
Elettronew ships to all countries listed on the following page - Elettronew Shipping - using international couriers such as DHL, GLS, Sprint and Economy courier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country to which the goods will be shipped.
Deliveries are made using both air freight (express) and road freight. ( standard )
Shipments to Italy are guaranteed in 24-48h from the moment the order is received, except for islands or disadvantaged areas where delivery times can increase up to 48-72h.
The goods will be delivered to the destination address entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
The customer will receive an e-mail with the "Shipped" status of his order and the tracking-number to monitor the package in real time.
In case of payment by PayPal or Credit Card, the delivery address cannot be changed and must correspond to the address registered on PayPal or Stripe for security reasons.
With regard to shipments in Europe and non-EU countries, deliveries are guaranteed both in 48/72 hours (by plane) and standard in 3/6 working days (road transport).
The choice of courier (express or standard) can be determined both by the customer and by the possible connections with the destination.
The customer has two choices as shipping method. The first - even the cheapest - provides the minimum insurance pursuant to art. 10 of Legislative Decree No. 286/2005 which, in case of damage, has established a maximum refundable limit up to Euro 1.00 for each gross kg of lost or damaged goods. The second shipment, instead, provides insurance coverage of goods up to a maximum of 1500 euros without any deductible and, as above, covers both loss and damage.
In the case of particularly voluminous or heavy shipments, in order to maintain a high standard of service and avoid damage to the transported goods, Elettronew reserves the right to ship the items on pallets, or reels in the case of cables. In this case the shipment is entrusted to the courier Sprint, which relies on the Palletways circuit. Every customer who has an order that falls into this category will be contacted by Elettronew's customer service via email with the shipping times and updated tracking.
In any case, Elettronew by Web Market s.r.l. is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transport.
Any external damage to the packaging caused by transport must be immediately reported and claimed to the courier by affixing the "control reserve" on the delivery receipt and at the same time contacting Elettronew customer service at support@elettronew.com within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of the product. Any claim received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration.
Description and Availability of Products
Inventories are not synchronised in real time. It is therefore possible that some products on the site are not immediately available in stock.
In case one or more products are missing, we make sure to receive them from our warehouses within 48-72 hours after the order is placed and to ensure shipment as soon as the order is complete (max. 72 hours).
In rare cases of longer deadlines, it will be up to the customer to accept the conditions or not.
The description of the products for sale on the website is that which the suppliers have sent to Elettronew di Web Market SRL, either through a printed catalogue or through their official websites.
Images and colours of the products published on the site are purely indicative and may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or tools used (e.g. Monitor used) for displaying them.
Elettronew is not liable for any mismatch between the product ordered and the description of the product on the site if the mismatch results from errors in the description attributable to the main supplier and of which our company is not and cannot be aware.
Right of withdrawal
Under the provisions of Art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety - it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc. ...);
The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...);
To exercise this right, the Customer shall send to Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. a communication by e-mail to support@elettronew.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Once the return request has been accepted, Elettronew will provide the customer the return shipping address and an RDA code to be affixed inside and outside the package(s) where the goods to be returned will be placed, without damaging the original product packaging.
From the moment of receipt of the RDA code, the customer has 30 days to deliver the product(s) to our warehouse exclusively by courier/postal service at his/her own expense. After these days the return request will be cancelled. Once the returned goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be checked to ensure that there are no inconsistencies or defects. The time for issuing the voucher/refund is a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the goods in our warehouse with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipment is under full responsibility of the Customer until the confirm of receipt in our warehouse.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. will inform the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouse), to allow him to make a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the Customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by customers
upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by customers with uninsured shipments;
The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l ascertains:
The lack of the original outer/internal packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
The damage of the product for causes other than its transport or for exceeding the time limits provided by law for causes not deriving from Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal by the Customer does not apply if the goods have been collected and paid for in the shop (Pick&Pay) because in such a case the transaction becomes a simple booking made at the time of issue of the receipt or invoice by the shop.
It cannot therefore be considered a transaction concluded online or mail order and the relationship is maintained with the owner of the affiliated store in normal business premises.
N.B. Items on the site that must be ordered on order of the customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on:
- Products ordered from a supplier expressly requested by the customer
- Products that have to be installed or already installed by the customer (e.g. air conditioners, water heaters, boilers, motors or gate automation components, inverters, etc)
- Customised products at the customer's request (e.g. pre-cut cables*)
*The customer has 5 minutes after the order to cancel it for cables that have already been cut. The goods will then be correctly shipped.
Warranty and defects of conformity
Elettronew is liable to the consumer Customer (a natural person who, in the stipulation of the contract, has acted for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity eventually performed) for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods (articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005). The legal guarantee in favour of the consumer covers any lack of conformity, existing at the time of delivery of the goods, that has become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods themselves. The lack of conformity must be communicated, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date on which the consumer discovered the defect. The action against the seller is in any case time-barred within twenty-four months of delivery of the goods.
This guarantee lasts for one year in the case of a purchase by a self-employed person, company or any type of entrepreneurial or professional activity with a VAT registration number, including condominiums with a tax code.
It is specified that a conformity defect is to be considered as verified in the event that a product does not meet the performance promises made by the seller. A conformity defect is, of course, not to be considered in the event that a product malfunction occurs as a result of damage or incorrect installation of the product by the customer.
The warranty is not applicable, for example, in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of the product to electrical installations or any other kind not in conformity. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, transfers to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, comes into physical possession of the goods. Any external damage to the packaging must be immediately reported to the Courier by affixing on the delivery receipt of SPECIFIC RESERVE OF THE DAMAGE FOUND.. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
We report the 3 phases to communicate the lack of conformity/warranty:
- Within 60 days from the discovery of the defect and in any case within a maximum period of twenty-four months from receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact Elettronew.com or by e-mail, or by telephone to notify the return.
- Having ascertained that all the conditions are met to make the return for conformity defects, the customer sends the parcel containing the object concerned to the address Via comunale castagna, 16 as consignee Web Market sr
- The customer must prepare the product, packing it carefully in its original packaging (including internal protections) avoiding to damage it with adhesive labels or other, complete with all accessories and what originally contained
Within 60 days from discovery of the defect and in any case within a maximum period of twelve/twenty-four months from receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact Elettronew.com by e-mail to notify the return of the goods.
Having checked that all the conditions for a return due to lack of conformity are met, the customer sends the package containing the item to the address provided by Elettronew.com by mail.
The customer must prepare the product, packing it carefully in its original packaging (including internal protections), avoiding damaging it with adhesive labels or anything else, complete with all accessories and what it originally contained.
Once the product returned by the Customer has been checked, Elettronew will replace or repair or refund it.
Elettronew will try to carry out all the above procedure in the shortest possible time trying to cause the Customer the least inconvenience. If neither of the above solutions is possible the order will be refunded.
NB : There are certain items on the Elettronew portal that require a certified installation, carried out by qualified installers. (e.g. air conditioners, which need to be installed by "F-Gas" certified technicians. Or solar inverters, boilers, gas heaters, water heaters that always need certified installation) If this condition is not met, any kind of warranty on the purchased items will lapse.
The products of the brands Atlantic, Bosch, Ariston, Chaffoteaux and Ferroli, available on the website, are certified for installation exclusively in Italy. The products of those brands are not certified according to local national guidelines of other countries and the customer, who purchase them outside the Italian territory, assumes responsability about their compliance and operation. Elettronew and the brands already mentioned do not therefore guarantee the conformity of this set of products for installation outside the Italian territory.

All complaints regarding non-conformity or defectiveness of the products received (e.g. wrong description, damaged product or box, wrong or missing items received) must be reported within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of the product.
All complaints received after this deadline will not be considered.
Invoicing
Elettronew di Web Market SRL regularly issues invoices to its customers. The invoice can be requested by customers exclusively within the checkout page on Elettronew.com, by ticking the box "Do you need an invoice?". The customer within the above-mentioned page will be provided with all the necessary fields to be able to enter its invoice data correctly.
All possible invoice requests after the order confirmation will only be evaluated if it is still possible in terms of timing to issue an invoice.
Elettronew of Web Market SRL undertakes to provide the requested invoice within 24 working hours. It will be possible to find the invoice either by email, or within your account on Elettronew in the section of order history.
Invoicing for purchases in Italy
Elettronew di Web Market SRL guarantees electronic invoicing for invoices for purchases in Italy as provided by the 2018 Budget Law (No. 205 of 2017, paragraphs 909-928), which from 1 January 2019 introduces electronic invoicing in relations between private individuals. You will receive a document without fiscal validity within 24h after the request that will subsequently be transmitted to the interchange system. It will undertake to deliver the electronic tax document within 10 working days to the channels indicated by the purchaser (thus either via PEC, or via SDI code).
It is possible for each customer to request an invoice without VAT in Reverse Charge or Split Payment. For more information on how to proceed, visit the section - Tax Benefits Italy.
Invoicing for purchases in EU and non-EU countries
Elettronew di Web Market SRL guarantees the sending of an invoice for the order within 24/48 working hours from the time of the invoice request. It is possible to request an invoice without VAT for intra-community transactions in the case of European or non-European countries. Archiving the contract
The order form will be stored on the SERVERPLAN server (link) for the time necessary to execute it and, in any case, within the terms of the law. The user will be able to access the order form and/or related data via his personal account.
Processing of personal data
This document describes how to manage the site www.elettronew.com with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The general information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Personal data protection code" to all those who connect to the website of Elettronew di Web Market srl by accessing web services. Place of jurisdiction
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Art. 63 D. Lgs. 205/2006).
European Conciliation
In accordance with art. 14 of the Regulation 524/2013 we inform the user that in the event of a dispute he may submit a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Union which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform constitutes an access point for users who wish to resolve disputes arising from contracts of sale or online services out of court. Netcomm reconciliation
According to article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the customer may make use of the Joint Conciliation procedure. The Procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after having submitted a complaint to the company, within 45 days, has not received a reply or has received a reply not considered satisfactory by him.
