Molto soddisfatto. Molto utile il fatto che, per gran parte dei prodotti, sia disponibile una descrizione tecnica dettagliata (non "la solita" generica) e, spesso, anche riferimenti quali il diagramma fotometrico. Il più delle volte, magari basta "una lampadina LED"; in alcuni casi invece, serve una lampadina LED che emetta luce in direzioni differenti, con una distribuzione particolare (come nel mio caso). Philips rende disponibili molte informazioni, di Elettronew apprezzo molto l'attenzione al cliente, nel pubblicare anche queste informazioni per i prodotti che propone.
