INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION AND USE:
- Verify that the length of the tube is suitable for connection between the valve and the appliance(hob, oven, kitchen, boiler, etc.), taking care not to exceed the maximum length allowed indicated on one of the fittings.
- To make the assembly of the fitting to the valve,by to tape the thread of the fitting with tape to base of P. T. F. E. or other material allowed by the regulations in force, by screwing in by hand without tightening (in the case of a faucet with female end), or, after, inserted in the suitable seat of the female fitting, the gasket supplied, screw in the swivel nut(in the case of a faucet with a male terminal). Connect the other fitting to the appliance in the same way as described.
- Place the appliance in a definitive way, checking that the hose is not subjected to torsional stress, then tightness of both connections with a hexagon wrench.
- Check tightness of fittings in the following way: a) Sprinkle the fillets with water and neutral soap; (b) Open the gas tap; (c) In the case of no formation of bubbles, the sealing of the fittings is in compliance with, and vice-versa, in the case of formation of bubbles,close the gas supply, verify that the gaskets are not damaged, to provide for further tightening of the fittings, then repeat the verification in the same way until there is no more formation of air bubbles.
