Integrated pumping system for pressurization in residential, civil and commercial settings. Available in two power sizes, it consists of modular elements that allow different configurations. The system can be housed on single, double or triple connection bases; double bases can also be combined to make a four-element system. The modular construction allows the pumping units to be assembled directly at the installation site (O.S.A. - On Site Assembly). Quiet operation and compact size allow installation in all environments, including inhabited ones.
Pump features:
- Electronic vertical multi-impeller pump, with display, two pressure sensors (suction and discharge), integrated discharge check valve and expansion tank. Technopolymer pump body, technopolymer impeller with steel shim rings, steel liner.
Motor characteristics:
- Water-cooled permanent magnet motor, stainless steel motor liner. AISI 303 stainless steel motor shaft. Efficiency comparable to efficiency class IE5 (according to internal laboratory tests).
Electronic features:
- The presence of the inverter keeps the pressure constant by varying the motor speed according to the demand. The expansion module (esy I/O, available as an accessory) gives the possibility to interface Esybox Max with other elements of the system (B.M.S. - Building Management System). Built-in protections: dry run protection, amperometric and abnormal voltages, overtemperature, frost, anti-blocking and anti-cycling.
Dconnect:
- Thanks to the'pp DConnect and built-in wi-fi, you can configure and view on the Esybox Max's large display the operating parameters, either on site or remotely with DConnect service active and Internet connection. Directly from a smartphone or tablet you can control and manage system pressure, alarms, and instantaneous and historical consumption. With DSync technology, the user experience of Esybox Max is optimized. Through their smartphone or tablet, the installer interfaces with the pump, which automatically detects language, time, and unit of measure of the installation location. In case of a multiple system, once the facilitated installation of the first pump is completed, the Esybox Maxes automatically synchronize with each other. the DSync enables dialogue with external systems via Modbus protocol.
