The R118E repeater, connected in parallel to a telephone line, is activated by incoming telephone calls and is capable in turn of commanding a set of any auxiliary devices (luminous, acoustic or other) using a locally available supply voltage.
The R118E has two outputs, with different modes for controlling the respective external device: "continuous" mode, which is normally used to control luminous devices; "rhythmic" mode, which is normally used to control acoustic devices. Each output directly supplies its respective mode to its external device via the same supply voltage (dc or ac) that powers the R118E device. Optionally, it is possible to control the external devices by means of "dry", voltage-free contacts. The device is prepared for installation, docking, on DIN EN50022 Omega bar, without the need to drill holes.
