BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Screw the screw on the bottom of the remote control to open the case, remove the spare battery and insert a new one, respecting the polarities indicated on the case. When you connect the battery, the led on the remote control should flash: if not, disconnect the battery and wait a few seconds before reconnecting it. Check the correct functioning of the two buttons before closing the container.
PROGRAMMING: Press both keys for a few seconds until the led stays on, then release them. Program the remote control with the system code using the two keys:- Left key: to enter "1". Right key: to enter "0". If entry of the dates is suspended for more than thirty seconds, the led will flash for a few moments and automatically exit the programming phase without modifying the existing code. In case of error, it is possible to interrupt date entry by pressing the two keys simultaneously for a few moments: the LED flashes for a few seconds and programming stops. When a correct code has been entered, the LED flashes once and the programming phase ends. In case of wrong code (all zeros or all ones) the led flashes for a few seconds and exits the programming phase without accepting the code. Keeping a key pressed for a long time, the relative command is sent for 15 times, then the XR20 waits for the delivery of the key before allowing a new sending. This function is useful to avoid unnecessary battery consumption in case of accidental pressing of a key.
