Mixing valve, for sanitary systems, made of chrome-plated brass, with 1/2- 3/4- 1 female connections, control knob, made of ABS, provided with numbered selector from 1 to 5 corresponding to an adjustment range of 30÷65°C and temperature locking device, anti-scalding function, thermosensitive wax element. Max inlet temperature 95°C. Max operating pressure 10 bar.

Description and use:

TERMOFAR mixers keep constant at the set value, the temperature of the mixed water sent to the users of the sanitary system. To prevent the use of water that is too hot such as to cause possible burns there is an anti-scalding function that in case of absence of cold water also blocks the flow of hot water
The mixer is equipped with a temperature-sensitive element that detects the temperature of the mixed fluid. The sensor is directly immersed in the mixed water, which allows for high accuracy and speed of response. The sensor continuously detects, changes in water temperature and adjusts the cold and hot water openings until the right proportion and thus the set temperature is achieved.
