For quick repair of holes, cracks and porous spots on pipes with a smooth surface. The gasket has a honeycomb structure for better fit and adhesion to the pipe, which may have a marred surface. Installation of the collar in tight situations is still easy.
Features:
- Operating pressures: Water PN 10; Operating temperature: Water from -10°C to 60°C
- Stainless steel band, nut and bolt and cast iron clamp
- Gasket glued on the inner surface

Preparation:
- Clean the hose and remove dirt and other debris
- Check that the diameter of the pipe matches the range of the collar
- Wet the tube and rubber gasket with soap and water to facilitate insertion
- Unscrew the nut to the end of the tie rod
Installation:
- Unscrew the nut to the end of the tie rod
- Place the collar on the pipe and attach the stainless steel band. Make sure that the breaking point of the pipe is completely covered by the seal and that there is a margin of at least 20 mm around the entire perimeter
- Tighten the nut with a torque of approx. 20 Nm, wait 15 minutes and re-tighten. After the repair is complete, carry out a pressure check
