The Nova series represents the innovative range of multifunction instruments designed to fully meet the measurements for CEI 64.8 STANDARD up to the complete testing of electric charging stations (EV).
All measurements are compliant with EN61557 standard so they can certify both civil TT and industrial TN installations also they are equipped with batteries rechargeable directly from the instrument ,internal memory and USB communication for the realization of totally Customizable REPORTS (xls export).
RCD (DIFFERENTIAL) TESTING:
Nova performs Test of type A, AC and F differentials up to 1A in General or Selective modes and type B, B+ and EV differentials for testing electric charging columns (6mA AC or DC).
Performs Differential Test in 4 modes:
- RCD TEMPO Test of the tripping time of differentials
- RCD Ramp Test to detect at what current the differential trips
- Uc Dedicated Test for Contact Voltage
- AUTO Complete test of differentials in x1 , x5 , x1/2 and RAMPA sequence with 180° phase reversal
MEASUREMENT OF GLOBAL EARTH RESISTANCE:
- The Ra (Loop) function represents the global earth resistance measurement in TT Systems.
- The Test is performed without the intervention of the differential, and thanks to the standard SCHUKO accessory it will be easy to perform the tests even on the sockets.
LINE/LOOP IMPEDANCE MEASUREMENT AND VOLTAGE DROP:
- Nova also performs the LINE impedance test (Phase-Neutral or Phase-Phase) at High Current to obtain impedance values with two decimal places and calculate the assumed Short Circuit Current
- Also in TN Systems through the ZLoop function it will be possible to perform the High current test between Phase and Ground
- Nova allows to set the type of Magnetothermic (type B,C,K) or Fuse to be tested indicating on Display the result OK or No OK
- It will also be possible to test the ?V% voltage drop on the line between one point and another of the 'system to assess the percentage of voltage on the line
Using the EV CHECK adapter, the safety and functionality of electric vehicle charging stations can be tested non-invasively. The adapter allows the tester to simulate the load of a vehicle connected to the cabin.
Nova will be able to perform:
