Pay in installments with KlarnaThe input is controlled on a supervised line. The output can be controlled or with potential-free changeover contact. Choice of output type is obtained by selecting two dip-switches. Compatible with both CLIP and Advanced control panels. The module, using two consecutive addresses, is addressed by means of rotary switches numbered 01 to 99. These is equipped with two green and red LEDs that will give indications of the module's status. CPR certified in accordance with EN 54-18.
The CMA11E module is equipped with one input and one output. Compatible with all NOTIFIER addressed control panels with both CLIP (1-99) and Advanced (1-159) protocols, the module is microprocessor controlled. The status of the module can be easily checked via the 2 LEDs on the device. CMA11E provides an output circuit for polarized optical/acoustic signalers or a relay with potential-free contacts, selectable via dip-switches. Characterized by its very small size, the module is designed to be housed in type B503 flush-mount boxes.
APPLICATIONS: Input modules are used for the carryover of technical signals or alarms from non-addressable sensors Output modules can be used for the actuation of non-addressable optical/acoustic signaling devices, or for example to operate electromagnets, shutter closures, etc., and also to reset the power supply of conventional 4-wire smoke detectors. They can be configured in the field to provide a potential-free contact.
OPERATION: Each CMA11E module uses two consecutive addresses on the loop. It responds to periodic polling from the control panel and reports to the control panel the status of the connected device and the status of its output. Two two-color LEDs indicate input and output status. Ability to set the module to operate in supervisory mode or in "Potential Free Contact" mode. This configuration is achieved by appropriately placing the Dip-Switches on the Module On command from the control panel, the module activates its internal relay, reporting its status to the control panel. The address can be programmed before or after installation.
GENERAL FEATURES:
- Module addressing is achieved by decimal rotary switches (01-99 in CLIP and 01- 159 in ADV). The CMA11E module occupies two consecutive addresses, the first of which will correspond to the input module and the second to the output module
- The module is powered directly from the 2-wire loop of NOTIFIER addressed control panels.
- The two on-board LEDs indicate both communication with the control panel and the status of the input and output
- Output for external repeat LED
- High immunity against electromagnetic interference
Two programmable modes of the output section:
- CON = for polarized optical/acoustic signalers
- FORC = potential-free relay contact
CON configuration requires separate power supply for optical/acoustic signaling devices
