The pump is certified to the standard by the European Union EN 12050-1, which applies to lifting systems for wastewater containing fecal matter in buildings and construction sites. Construction according to IEC 2-3CEI 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) standards.
Pump construction features:
- Motor shaft is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Double mechanical seal with interposed dolio chamber (non-toxic oil) made of carbon/alumina on motor side and silicon carbide/silicon carbide on pump side. Seal holder cover, motor case, shell and handle are made of stainless steel. The pump body and base are made of cast iron. The grinding system is made of AISI 630 stainless steel. The handle is covered with insulating rubber.
Motor construction features:
- Dry motor, asynchronous type, sealed, cooled by the pumped liquid. The rotor is mounted on ball bearings greased for life, oversized and selected to ensure quiet operation and durability. Thermo-amperometric protection as standard for single-phase version with capacitor inserted as standard, three-phase version has thermal protection that can be connected to a control panel.
