Wilo HiControl1 electronic control and regulation device for clean water hydraulic pumps to enable automatic operation. Wilo-HiControl 1 protects the pump from low volumetric flow operation.
With the flow rate sensor and pressure sensor, Wilo-HiControl 1 automates the pump between die values, the cut-in pressure and the cut-out flow rate. If the pressure in the network is lower than the tripping pressure, Wilo-HiControl 1 starts the pump. The pump works until the flow rate falls below the value of the cut-off flow rate.
The small internal reservoir prevents water hammer and cycling. Wilo-HiControl 1 can be mounted on surface pumps or can be connected to submersible motor pumps for private water supply.
