It is a device with an integrated siren and flashing light, and can be used either as an independent actuation device or with a detector from the 500 series digital line (codes 1043/501, /502, /503, /504).
The base when connected to a control panel connects directly to the loop (no external power supply required) and takes on an address.
INSTALLATION:
To attach the base, proceed as follows:
- Rotate the plastic disk and separate it from the addressed base
- Attach the plastic disk to a flat surface by taking advantage of the "breakout" slots and using appropriate dowels and screws
- Hook the base onto the plastic disk
- Insert the locking screw "A" with the plastic disk into the base and screw it down
- Make the electrical connections with the detection line
- Arrange jumpers and microswitches according to the chosen configuration
- Attach, if provided, the detector to the base or it is necessary to mount the front cover to cover the area related to contacts and connections.
- When the base is connected to a fire alarm output use only the front cover; do not attach any detector to the base.
