The 500 series digital system gets a makeover with new fire detection control panels: three models of different sizes, improved in design, graphics and configuration and control tools, ideal for tertiary applications with high management requirements.
The system features a high-performance communication platform that enables networking of multiple control panel models, remote communication via IP carriers (ethernet/wifi), and data and event transmission with 4G and IP communicators.
The system manages:
- 480 zones, each configurable in a specific type of operation (fire, technological, etc.)
- 240 groups of devices, each freely assignable to multiple zones, to provide a high level of cross-checking
- Monitoring of detector sensitivity index and dirt rate
- Identification of detector, device, communication modules and zone; event memory (up to 1,000)
The new 500 series control panels have been implemented by:
- A new "11224" menu that facilitates the installer in maintenance procedures, as per the provisions of the UNI 11224 standard
- A new color display, larger than the previous one, which makes it easier to read system statuses through the use of icons
- A new configuration software, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Urmet website
- A new supervision and graphic mapping software
- A management and verification app for the user
