The EVOPLUS SMALL SAN circulator by DAB has a bronze pump body for domestic water recirculation. Electronically controlled wet rotor pumps, just like the DAB EVOPLUS SMALL SAN 60/180 M, always guarantee, in all correctly sized systems, a perfect supply of energy and at the same time a noiseless operation, which translates into greater comfort and consequently greater energy saving.

HEATING APPLICATIONS:
- The heating required in the various applications varies considerably during the day/night due to the outside temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the premises. To the above must be added the different needs of the various rooms and the possible opening or closing of the various branches in complex systems. Electronically controlled wet rotor pumps ensure at all times, in almost all correctly sized systems, a sufficient quantity of energy and at the same time greater silence / comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.
APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING:
- In contrast to conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. In these conditions on the external surface of the circulator there is the formation of condensation that does not affect the good functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction has been designed and sized to allow the drainage of the condensate without damaging the construction components.
APPLICATIONS IN SANITARY RECIRCULATION:
- The SAN version, with bronze pump body, has been specially developed for sanitary water recirculation; using the constant temperature operating mode, the temperature of the water in the recirculation pipe is controlled, without the need for thermostatic valves, thus optimising comfort.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
- Monobloc circulation pump formed by the cast iron hydraulic part and wet rotor synchronous electric motor. Aluminium motor casing. Spiral pump casing with high hydraulic efficiency thanks to a particularly accurate design and smooth internal surfaces. In-line suction and delivery ports. The single version is supplied as standard with insulation shells to prevent heat dispersion and/or the formation of condensation on the pump body. For the twin version the insulation must be carried out by the installer. In any case it is necessary to pay attention not to obstruct the condensate discharge labyrinths in order not to compromise the circulator functioning. EVOPLUS circulators for small collective systems are connected to the power supply line by means of a practical connector with plug supplied as standard, which makes the operation simple and fast. Technopolymer impeller, alumina motor shaft mounted on graphite bushings lubricated by the same pumped liquid. Stainless steel rotor protection sleeve. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seal rings and carbon fibre composite stator sleeve. Synchronous type motor with permanent magnet rotor. For the twin version there is an automatic clapet valve incorporated in the delivery port to prevent water recycling in the unit at rest; a blind flange is also supplied as standard in case maintenance of one of the two motors is required. The standard execution of the pump body is PN 16, flanged version with 4 slots compatible with PN 6 / PN 10 / PN 16 counter flanges for the interchangeability of the pumps in existing systems.
