HEATING APPLICATIONS:
The heating required in the different applications varies considerably during the day/night due to the external temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the premises. To the above must be added the different needs of the various rooms and the possible opening or closing of the various branches in complex systems. Electronically controlled glandless pumps ensure a sufficient amount of energy at all times, in almost all correctly dimensioned systems, and at the same time ensure greater quietness / comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.
APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING:
- In contrast to conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. In these conditions, condensation is formed on the external surface of the circulator, which does not affect the proper functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction has been designed and sized to allow the drainage of the condensate without damaging the construction components.
CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS:
- Monobloc circulation pump consisting of cast iron hydraulic part and wet rotor synchronous electric motor. Aluminium motor casing. Spiral pump casing with high hydraulic efficiency thanks to a particularly accurate design and smooth internal surfaces. Flanged in-line suction and discharge ports. For the twin version the insulation must be carried out by the installer. In any case it is necessary to pay particular attention not to obstruct the condensate discharge labyrinths in order not to compromise the circulator functioning.

- Motor shaft in hardened stainless steel mounted on ceramic bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid itself.
- Stainless steel rotor protection sleeve
- Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seal rings and carbon fibre composite stator sleeve
- Synchronous motor with permanent magnet rotor
- The twin version is equipped with an automatic clapet valve incorporated in the delivery port to prevent water recycling in the unit at rest; a blind flange is also supplied as standard in case maintenance of one of the two motors is required.
